The philosophy of Metis Strategy is to perform projects not just for our clients but with them. This means that our project teams act as partners with key client members in the execution of the project.

Additionally, though much of our work is strategic in nature, we are often asked to participate in the implementation of our ideas, so rather than ending up on someone’s shelf, our work is enacted to ensure that the greatest value can be achieved.

In support of these principles, Metis Strategy often operates its projects on site with our clients. In addition, we educate our clients in our methodologies so that they can continue their strategic/project planning exercises after our work is completed.

Related to this, in late 2007, Metis Software was born. Metis Software’s product, STAR Software, was developed to complement our STAR Methodology so that our clients can refresh their strategic plans and their portfolio evaluations independently.
