The Journey from CIO to COO with Chris Drumgoole and Jeff Smith

Chris Drumgoole is the Chief Operating Officer of DXC Technology, a position he was appointed to last year. Before his current COO role, Chris joined DXC Technology as the CIO, Regional. DXC is a $20 billion American multinational IT services and consulting company headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia, and operates in about 70 countries. DXC was founded in 2017 when HP Enterprise spun off its Enterprise Services business and merged it with Computer Sciences Corporation. Prior to DXC, Chris served as the CIO at GE. Jeff Smith is the Chief Operating Officer of World Fuel Services, a $20 billion energy, commodities, and services company based in Florida. Its 4000 professionals provide more than 50 energy products to 10s of 1000s of customers in 200 countries. Jeff was appointed as COO in 2017. He came from IBM where, among other things, he led Agile transformation at IBM. Prior to that, he had a CEO role at Suncorp. July 11, 2022
