Hubert Joly is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy, and the author of The Heart of Business: Leadership Principles for the Next Era of Capitalism. Hubert served in that role from 2012 to 2019 and continued to serve as the executive chairman of the company through June of 2020. He has received recognition as one of the top-performing CEOs in the world, among other accolades. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer at Carlson Companies, and is currently a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, and serves on the boards of Johnson & Johnson, Ralph Lauren, among other organizations.
