Martha Poulter is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. As the second largest cruise line operator in the world, Royal Caribbeans yields an annual revenue of $9.5 billion among its four brands, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity as Cruise, Azamara Club Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. Poulter develops innovative strategies to leverage technology through the use of data, predictive analytics, social tools, and customer facing digital technologies. Prior to this position, Poulter served as the Chief Information Officer at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, and before that, she held the same position at GE Capital.
