Paola Arbour is the Chief Information Officer of Tenet Healthcare, a Fortune 500 multinational healthcare services company based in Dallas with annual revenues exceeding $18 billion. As CIO, Paola leads IT Strategy and Service for the Tenet Healthcare enterprise, driving service innovation and evolution and quality delivery. Paola’s 30 years of experience in IT operations include her previous roles as president of the ServiceNow business unit at ProV International and vice president of Professional Services Delivery for ServiceNow.
