Nand Mulchandani is the Chief Technology Officer at the CIA, working as the principal technology advisor to CIA Director William Burns. With over two decades of experience in Silicon Valley, Nand has co-founded several successful startups, including Oblix, Determina, OpenDNS, and ScaleXtreme. Before joining the CIA, he served as CTO and Acting Director of the Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center.
