Tony Leng is Managing Partner at H.I. Executive Consulting, leading the firm’s Digital Transformation and CIO Practice from San Francisco. Drawing on his experience as a former public company CEO, CPA, and tech executive, Tony has conducted numerous C-suite searches for organizations undergoing transformation, working with clients such as Kaiser Permanente, PG&E, and Salesforce. Joon Yoon is the global co-lead of Egon Zehnder’s Technology Officers Practice, based in Dallas, specializing in digital transformation and board-level technology leadership. With over a decade at Accenture driving global strategy, operations, and tech programs, he now advises clients on executive search, leadership assessment, and succession planning. Joon also serves on the board of the Kellogg Alumni DFW Club and offers pro bono counsel to nonprofits.

Eric Sigurdson leads the Chief Information Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates from Chicago, bringing more than 25 years of experience recruiting technology leaders who drive transformation. A member of the firm’s Digital Transformation Practice, he partners with organizations across industries to place CIOs and senior IT executives. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Eric spent 11 years in leadership roles at IBM, and he holds a BS in computer science and mathematics as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
