Nationwide CIO Jim Fowler

Jim Fowler is the Chief Information Officer of Nationwide. As CIO, Jim is focused on digitizing and automating back-office operations, being a catalyst for technology, and helping Nationwide sell into different distribution channels. Jim cites that customers are looking for a frictionless and seamless experience, and he believes that technology is going to be at the heart of that.
